Exhibition: New Urbanity – The European City in the 21st Century
December 6, 2008 through February 22, 2009

The exhibition “New Urbanity – The European City in the 21st Century“ on the ground floor of the
Deutsches Architekturmuseum presents seventeen urban development projects realized in recent
years in the guise of photographs, plans and original models.
They reflect the current status of European urban development and for the first time permit
a critical examination of more recent urban development. Entitled “New Urbanity” the exhibition
demonstrates how city centers have been rediscovered as places for living, working and co-existence.

A catalog published by Anton Pustet, Salzburg accompanies the exhibition
