For the second time shortly before its publication photographs and models of all the buildings chosen to
feature in the German Architecture Annual will be presented in an exhibition. At the center of the show
is the winner of the "DAM Award for Architecture in Germany: the Archbishopric of Cologne’s Kolumba
Art Museum by Swiss architect Peter Zumthor. The Kolumba Museum is one of 24 buildings selected by
a jury of experts for the Annual and the exhibition from a total of 90 current projects.

The DAM Annual is published by Prestel-Verlag. It features 24 projects from Germany or realized by German
architects abroad, and includes two essays on the young architect scene in Germany and the export of
architecture to China, respectively. The 208 page publication costs € 39.95 in bookstores and € 29.95
from the museum ticket desk
