The building is located in one of the most attractive parts of the Krakow called Kazimierz which is the historic
Jewish district. As always, interference into a settled urban structure demands a great amount of subtleness
and respect. By doing it so, new buildings and those already existing can stand side by side and aesthetically
profit from one another. The front façade design is dramatically split between the ground floor of the building
and upper stores. A unique effect is achieved by the use of grey basalt cladding and with rusty pillars,
bronze entrance frames and fittings and enhanced by subtle details of the façade.

Simplicity of the details, properly chosen restorative plaster, proportional windows and a beautiful
entranceway make the building look as though it had “always been there”. The basic concept element is giving
the building a unique, historical character through the use of traditional building materials, but without the use
of any historical forms.

Off White offers 9 apartments, each individually designed and arranged. One, two-level, 145 square meter
penthouse with terraces offering an unforgettable view of Kazimierz and the Wawel Castle.
